Andris Kreislers
Andris is a board member for SIA Velves nekustamie īpašumi and has 20 years of experience in architecture, construction and real estate development:  “During the late 19th and early 20th century, the people of Rīga built themselves tasteful and aesthetically pleasing buildings in the Rīga city centre or near to it.  We want to see a return of this tradition so that moderately wealthy people in Rīga could afford to live in a building in the city centre which has an ornate façade and a well-tended internal courtyard.”

Aldis Melgalvis
Aldis is another board member at the company, and he has 15 years of experience in the sale of real estate and the analysis of the relevant market segment:  “If a building is erected so that its builders themselves want to live there, then there will certainly be no shortage of buyers.”

Einārs Holms
Einārs is our company’s technical director and has 24 years of experience in the construction of buildings and the supervision of construction projects:  “What do you have to do to put up a good building?  You must choose high-quality and long-lasting materials, and proper craftsmen have to be found to use those materials.  That’s exactly what we do.”
